I feel so guilty. I have hardly been able to exercise since I got pregnant. Used to work out 4-5 x a week at 5:00 am. Now I am exhausted and nauseous at that time. No other time to do it. Is it ok if I start up again trimester 2? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

got news for you: it doesn't get any easier as the pg progresses. I'm an exercise fanatic: I genuinely love it. But I was shocked to find I just couldn't do anything more than yoga and walking after 1st tri. Yoga died after the 2nd. I just couldn't bring myself to do it. [ Reply | More ]
