2 year old with 103 temp. Nanny speaks english but limited in lengthy conversations. She couldn't understand the amount of Tylenol to give. So she gave less dosage. She used common sense and raised three kids. She was able to put a cool cloth on her and call us etc. Today she admitted she was nervous and needed to know exactly what to do. Fire or teach? don't fire her. Make sure she knows CPR (assuming she does if you hired her) [ Reply | More ]
