Grrrr....Upstairs neighbor + friends smoking on the stoop. It's coming right into our apartment. Help me be brave enough to ask them to move. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

just go and ask politely if they can move into their apartment or perhaps down the block bc the smoke is bothering you. they may be annoyed. but who cares. is it better that you be annoyed at them? [ Reply | More
