Running moms: Training for NYC marathon currently run 6 miles approx 4x week. What will I need to do to comfortably run 26 miles in 5 mnths? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

reduce your daily runs to 4-5 miles. Add a longer run each week. Agree that you should follow nyrr schedule. definitely do their group long runs. They can be long and lonely by yourself. They group you according to your pace. [ Reply | More ]
