DC (4)will not eat sandwiches. It's more of a control thing. Are there any types of bread that might be more appealing? Hopefully not Wonder. Thanks [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

This is populat at my house. (I have a set of dinosaur cookie cutters. They work well on thin chicken cutlets, too.) Also- if you grill the sandwich in a waffle press, it makes lots of fun nooks and cranies. [ Reply | More ]

We get Pepperidge Farm 100% Soft Whole Wheat Bread or Arnold's Country Wheat. To start him out, you might want to try Homestyle Whole Wheat which is very close to white and really sodt. [ Reply | More ]

4yo dd likes Pepperidge Farm multigrain or crunchy oat. (Both are soft and not really grainy.) She's not into sandwiches either. She prefers the ingredients separately most of the time. [ Reply | More ]

When dd had a sandwich strike, I bought wraps/tortillas and made "roly-poly sandwiches" and she thought that was great. Sometimes I left them whole, sometimes I cut them up (like sushi rolls...) [ Reply | More ]
