Moms who work full time outside the home how many hours a day does your nanny work. When we hired our nanny we let her know that once we have our second child she would need to work a 10 hour day (8-6), she currently works an 8 hour day since my daughter is in school half a day. Nanny has never worked longer than 9 hours and she expressed concern about the long day. Unfortunately, i don't know if I will have flexibility with my schedule. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
