I heard about that horrible. The other day I heard about a man that was hit by a car and no one stopped to help him but drove by him and circled him - nothing - it is so sad when society fails its peers I think [ Reply | More ]

that's how the media chose to depict the incident. In fact, 4 people called 911, and a police cruiser was on the scene within a minute and a half. They show the video of the guy being hit, but in fact, if you ever witnessed something like that, it takes you a minute to react because you're kind of in shock too [ Reply | More ]

np: itta. So many ppl watched on and called. PPl were complaining that no one helped but the first rule of thumb they say when someone was in an accident is DON'T MOVE THEM. What the hell does the media want? PPL to move him then they will say the ppl helping were idiots [ Reply | More ]

np: To the OR above (won't let me respond directly): in some sort of snafu, an ambulance from Staten Island just traveling to Manhattan was assigned to pick her up. She was being attended to by 2 police officers during the wait. [ Reply | More ]
