an anderson mom said that some parents there were lobbying to get sib preference at ps9 for their sib dcs who did not make 97 cutoff. also heard there are some trying to get in for non G&T. apparently they are claiming sib preference for the building rather than program. apparently there was some question about whether sib preference wuld be granted by building.
