have to take fruit salad to ds' preschool class party. should i buy fruit and cut it up at home or buy one of those packaged fruit platters? thanks - new at this. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

itta. I brought a packaged fruit salad and someone put bottles of wine if front of it. No one touched it. Good thing the teacher was able to keep it for the next days special snack [ Reply | More ]

i'm more likely to make my own if it's for preschoolers. i generally cut up apples, grapes and bananas and throw some orange juice on top to keep them from browning. my kids never ate melons or pineapples and those fruits are always in premade fruit salads. [ Reply | More ]
