Yes, I did. It came on suddenly while already in the hospital for preterm labor. They delivered me soon after the spike, 5 weeks early. [ Reply | More

It really depends on when you develop it. If you get in the 20s week-wise, it's tougher going. If you get it towards the end of the 40 weeks, it's better for both mother and baby. I even know of someone who got it after delivery. [ Reply | More

I did, at 36 weeks. I just woke up one morning all swollen. My OB put me on bed rest, but it didn' improve, so I had a c-section at 37 weeks. Beautiful, healthy dd, no problems for either of us [ Reply | More
