i had a singlet at 35 wks, she was 4lbs 13oz and in NICU for 2 wks. YDD was at 36wks and 6lbs, 5oz and no time in NICU. Hope that helps, even though I didn't have twins. [ Reply | More ]

Yes. I had them at 36 weeks becuase high risk OB thought that my ds' growth was slowing. I was going to have a c-section anyway because baby A (my dd) was breech. They did fine; ds 4lbs13oz and dd 5lbs3oz; they were both in NICU (step-down unit only). dd came home 3 days after I went home and ds came home 3 days after that (he had some feeding issues and had a feeding tube in his nose for a week, but as soon as they felt he was eating enough on his own, he came home and was totally fine). I'm pretty sure that 36 weeks is average for twins [ Reply | More ]
