I have a 7 week old dd (my first). I am breastfeeding exclusively and I feel as though my milk has very suddenly gone down and my breasts don't feel full at all. Any ideas? Did this happen to you? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

your breast aren't as full because they have adjusted to produce the right amount of milk, not too much. very normal and not a problem, unless your baby suddenly seems unhappy. [ Reply | More

does dd seem satisfied? if so, don't worry. if you know your supply has dropped, try drinking gatorade. i hate the taste but it saved me twice. [ Reply | More
