cio question. my 20 mo has always been a decent sleeper, but lately shes been giving me trouble, crying in her crib after being put down, until i go back up a few times, sometimes taking an hour to settle. i never had to cio for longer than a few minutes as an infant. what do you do? do you let her cry, even as shes standing up in her crib and calling my name, or go in to reassure her but minimize interaction? please help [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

You are right to minimize your interaction with her. Stick to your bedtime routine and don't give into demands for extra attention or she will keep calling for you. When she learns there is no fun reason to call for you she will stop doing it. Btdt! GL [ Reply | More ]
