i just went cold turkey... but i guess you could cut out middle of the day bottles first and leave the first and last bottle of the day in place and drop them last. [ Reply | More ]

went cold turkey - I think db would have had trouble going back and forth. At 1 yo DB got milk in a cup no more boob, no more bottle. But I introduced cup early [ Reply | More ]
