OKAY NEED HELP ASAP> my ds is 14 months old...ped said No more bottles so today i took them away cold turkey as per recommendations from UB, dr and friends..it was a nightmare..my poor child would not drink any milk from this cup i gave him and cried and cried for his BABA....i am dreading tomm and feel like a terrible mommy..please i need encouragement and advice...tia! so don't take it away. 14 mos is still pretty young. and who says that a kid has to drop the bottle b a certain age, they wil do it when they are ready. FWIW, I still have very vidid memories of standing in my kitchen screaming my head off until I vomited when my mother took away my bottles. [ Reply | More ]
