31 wks pg. Started feeling sick on Monday. Didn't realize the tomato outbreak, and ate a salad with tomatoes. Not alot, but now I can't seem to keep food down. Diarrhea after every meal. Should I call my ob-gyn or wait a couple days to see if things will pass? Baby seems to be okay, still lots of moving around. Am I panicking? TIA! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Doesn't hurt to call. It's probably not salmonella as that usually makes one violently ill - like coming out both ends, you on the bathroom floor, feel like death warmed over. [ Reply | More ]

you would know if you had salmonella. my husband had it and it was horrible. terrible stomach cramps, fever, diarrea and vomiting. Call your doctor just in case but I am sure its not the tomatoes [ Reply | More ]

ITA. My brother had it, and was in the hospital with a very high fever for days. It's extreme. [ Reply | More ]

At 31 weeks, I would call. You don't want to get dehydrated and deliver at 31 weeks. [ Reply | More ]
