I can't post a reply to this in the thread, so. A 4 yo should cover her chest in public bc she is old enough to do so. Old enough to understand and be taught what others should be allowed to see and touch on her body and what is private. This is for her own protection as well as learning to own and respect her own body. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

What exactly do you think a 4 yo has to cover up anyway? Don't impose your hangups on your children. The more natural you make out the body to be the better off dc's will be. Don't make it into a big deal. [ Reply | More
