Dh and I can not agree on who to leave our kids to in our will. He wants his family and I want mine. This has turned into a very, very heated debate at times and even involves some criticisms of our families and mudslining. I hate it! We can't have the state take our kids until something is decided in court. I don't know what to do to resolve this. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

three things to bear in mind: 1. Is so extremely unlikely that you two will die simultaneously, that the whole issue is like thinking seriously about a lotto ticket. 2. The will is not binding on your families anyway. What happens with the kids will be a big discussion they will all have to work out.
