Signing a contract on a new apartment tomorrow and Im freaking out a little. First time buyer, and its a huge change of lifestyle, and Im excited, but really scared by it. To make it worse, another apartment in the building came on the market, for a little bit more thatn I am paying, but more renovated, and an interesting layout, now Im panicing. Should I stall and look at this one too? Its doesn't say what floor it is on, (mine is one from the top) so I am hoping its really low, will call the broker tomorrow. I did love my place though, at first site. Saw lots of others, and this was always the one.... does anyone else feel this way and everything was fine? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
