OP: Ok thanks. I do weigh myself in the morning at the same time everyday and it just seems that the weight on the scale is going up and up now that I'm actually trying to do something about it. I almost feel like giving up because when I was eating horribly and not working out I didn't gain weight this fast. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

often when you start a new routine your weight will go up - it's just a function of your body adjusting. there's some deal with your muscles taking on water after being used which makes you gain short term weight. anyway, keep it up and you'll see the positive results but still watch your intake carefully.
