good friend, who i love, keeps suggesting that we plan a night out or a dinner party with another friend of mine, who can be difficult. i don't feel like being the bridge between these two and suspect my good friend only wants to be friends with the difficult friend because she knows a lot of people. i realize this sounds very high school, but would appreciate advice on how to handle.
