DS is 8.5 mo, DH just went and got soem stage 3 foods, lil man loves textures but just saw one label says sunflower seed oil, can that go with nut allergies, i know we shouldnt introduce nuts till 1 year. Also another is pasta and cheese, can i try that or is he too young? Not sure if i should jsut leave them for a few more months [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Do you have a food mill/grinder? The best way to really see what any reactions are is to know what is really in the food. Also, nut allergies come in many varying degrees and aren't always inclusive of seed allergies & vice-versa. [ Reply | More
