I'm trying to save on groceries, purchased a bag of black beans and a can of goya corned beef made in brazil. Has anyone make the brazilian corned beef? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

try black beans and rice - skip the meat. soak the beans and then cook with some seasonings - I like a little s&p, cayenne & different herbs. Maybe add a little meat like sausage to the beans. Serve with saffron rice - either pre packaged or make regular rice and add some saffron when you add the rice. Then serve with some cheese and cilantro, green onions or parsley. Yum! [ Reply | More
