Had planned to buy white couches, but everyone is telling me that it's a bad idea (2 young DC and a messy DH). Starting from scratch, so I can choose anything, but I'm stumped. Walls are a beige color (rental apartment) and rug is very colorful (orange, red, pink, green, shades of blue) -- but I could ditch it. Have a big white armoire (that needs to stay). I like pink (but DH probably won't) or yellow, but can't think of how to accessorize. Any other suggestions? Or places to look? (Ordering from Mitchell Gold -- they have a million fabric choices.)
