xpost: Have 2.4 yo twins that will be starting school in September. DW is pregnant with 3rd ds, due end of August. Besides the obvious - things will be insane, what can I expect from older twins reaction to new sib. Can I take any solace that they will have each other and have never been the sole center of their parents universe? Any other good advice from 2+1 families? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I'm a 1+1 and the older child did not react well. Can you send the twins to a summer program so they don't think you are shipping them off b/c of the new baby? FWIW- About 10 months later, the older child is much better. It might be better since your twins have always had to compete. GL. [ Reply | More
