I would just look at her, smile and say, "Well, your kid doesn't have to go there! But we like it and we're not going to change our minds". Then hope she gets the hint. If she doesn't and says she wasn't trying to change your mind, then ask her what is the point of going on and and on about it? She doesn't like the school, you got it. That should do it.
