anyone with morning sickness (mine is actually lasting all day, i'm in week 15) have it especially bad after showering? anyone btdt and have a recommendations on getting around it somehow besides going dirty, so to speak? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

For me never getting extremely hungry always helped. I ate a lot of very small meals and actually ate something before getting out of bed in the morning (DH would make me an english muffin or something). [ Reply | More ]

i vomitted in the shower when I was pg... Thinkit was the heat. Helped to take cooler shower and keep door open so room didn't steam up. Open window helps to. GL. [ Reply | More ]

i showered at night. i might take a cool shower in am to wake me up. i also made sure not to have an empty stomach-that made my ms worse. and I asked my dh to clean shower first-for some reason, seeing stray hairs in the shower made me nauseous. [ Reply | More ]
