we're on night 2 of cio and it seems to be worse. db cried twice as long--an hour and a half, and then woke up again twenty minutes later. not teething, as far as I know, but maybe hungry (he didn't eat much for dinner); dh is feeding him now and I am trying not to fall apart. did anyone start out this badly and have it turn out all right? 2nd night is often worse according to the books. 1.5 hours of crying is a lot though! [ Reply | More ]

I'm so miserable. dh sent me out to the corner bar to have a beer--a nice idea, but now I feel like crying myself. [ Reply | More ]

I think straight cio is better too. GL. Keep trying for a few nights and if no improvement, start something new. It's really hard, but don't give up yet--or these 2 nights db willhave cried for nothing. Go have that beer. DH can handle things. [ Reply | More ]
