I have been in a relationship for about 4 months with a divorced man who has a child from a previous marriage. I too am divorced with a child. We have both discussed that we want more children, etc. the problem is, i have no idea how serious he is about a future with me. i know its still WAY early, but at this stage in my life, i am only getting older and don't want to waste years with someone who doesn't see a real future for us. at what point in a relationship do these issues come up? at what point is it ok to discuss our intentions and figure out what his are? i would never bring up the issue, or pressure him, but i am starting to panic about spending time in a relationship that doesnt have longevity.
