11 is very up and coming. 3 while established and way more white overall is also more progressive less traditional. i've heard mixed things about the k/1 class but more so on the 2/3 class. esp in the 2/3 class b/c they spend so much time teaching the 3rd grade tests and not enough on actual learning - but this is probably a public school problem overall. but it does mean that your 2nd grader will spend 2yrs learning that test and not 1 [ Reply | More

no, that's not true. 80% 4th grders scored a 3 or above on ela at 3 while only 61% did at 11. the scores aren't broken down into g&t and gen ed; presumably 11's g&t scoes are much higher than the combined scores, but there is no way of telling. [ Reply | More
