I'm kicking myself for doing all the wrong things when it came to teaching db good sleep habits. She's 2 now and still does not sleep through the night... and won't go to bed without me. Where do I begin to fix this? Does cio work at this age? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

if you're really desperate try contacting a sleep expert who can help w/ toddler sleep problems. the people at sleepyplanet.com could help, they're very nice. based out of LA but they do lots of phone consultations. gl! [ Reply | More ]

I know this will be wildly unpopular, but before you know it, she's not going to want you to put her to bed. Why not recouch this and see it as a quiet loving time together. [ Reply | More ]
