So if the DOE hasn't called us to see why we did not submit a rank list for our 99 ds, does that mean they likely got our non-certified mail??? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

It sounded as if they were calling people who got the misprinted applications and failed to return either form (probably a very small subset of people). I can't imagine they are calling all of the people who didn't return forms. [ Reply | More

I dunno - it seems smarter to hire temps to call parents with kids who scored 97-99 and didn't return application form then to deal with the fallout afterwards when you have no more spots to offer. [ Reply | More
