can someone share their nap/sleep schedule for a 3-4 month old, i am having a hard time figuring out the evening naps and when to put to sleep for the night, i know it is too early to train, but hearing what others are doing might help, thx! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

8pm bedtime at that age. 2 hour rule for naps. by 5mo though, we moved to the 9am/1pm/4:30pm nap schedule with 7pm bedtime. [ Reply | More ]

we were still all over the place at 3 mo, and at 4 mo dd stopped sleeping altogether - too young for crying, so I nursed to sleep when she was "ready." That still meant a bedtime between 10 and 11 pm. and sporadic naps. Things came together a bit more around 5.5 mo. [ Reply | More ]
