Please help I have hired 2 nannies and need to fire one. One is more of a carreer nanny older and as interactive and as intellectual but sweet and loyal and reliable also helps a little with groceriese etc. The other is young and very smart very playful but also professional and experienced for her age but might (don't know this for sure) be a little immature and need some working with to understand her role [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Seems as if the older one is the better nanny, so what's the dilemma? [ Reply | More ]

definitely the career nanny. I've had many nannies, ft and pt, and definitely prefer the older, career nanny. You can get lucky with a younger woman, but expect high turnover and more variability. [ Reply | More ]
