limit salt, try to put them up as much as possible, but really they may just stay that way until you deliver. on the bright side about a week after you deliver you'll be like "wooooo hoooo, my ankles are back!" [ Reply | More ]

try to get some Coban. It's a compression tape for your legs. Tape them from the foot up the above the ankle. Wear it all day. It will help. [ Reply | More ]
