I know all kids are different etc. but my 4 1/2 year old has so much energy and can be so hyper that it drives me insane. I'm laid back and generally pretty patient but I feel like he can't even sit still while watching tv - he's all over the place, putting his feet on the pillows, off the pillows, moving around - I actually just screamed "STOP". I have spoken to his teachers and he's fine in school etc. anyone have this too? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

He needs more exercise. I have written here before about taking my son to a track and making him run one mile when he is just bursting with too much energy. Let him work it off. [ Reply | More ]
