anyone know what your rights are as far as construction noise in an apartment buiding. they're redoing all of the apartments around me, and it's been going on for months. it's like water torture. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

actually, the owner/landlord sets the groundrules for the apartment work. so if the owner wants the crew to work on saturdays, you are sool. if it was facade work, there would be stricter rules from the dept. of bldgs. [ Reply | More
