NEST - let's be specific and not judgemental. Facts only. Do a list of how the facts let others decide if that the fact is good or bad. no generalities, just specifics. Example: No "incompetent administration", tell us what the administration does that is seen as incompetent. Do the teachers complain about not getting support for ideas from the administation. Do the teacher say the administration sets one policy one year and then do a 360 the next year? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
