db won't take a bottle. any suggestions? she is #3 and 4mo. I just want to cut back on nursing a bit--after ebf three kids, i need a break. i know the normal suggestions (different bottles, have someone else give it to her...) [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

dont give in to breastfeeding. when db is hungry db will eat. my dd would skip the first bottle feed but 1-2 hrs later was so hungry took the bottle. so i pumped for 3 days and only gave bottle. after that i went back to breastfeeding except for one bottle a day so she would continue to take it.
