How long (total) do your 6-7 mo nap? Yesterday mine slept a lot (over 4 hours) and was up at 4:30am! Coincidence? Do you ever wake a baby if he's napping too long in the day? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I think coincidence. good naps during the day are supposed to lead to better night sleep, not worse. my 7 mo probably naps a total of 3-3.5 hours, but I thought it was supposed to be more [ Reply | More

NP: Can you tell me the 'schedule' of your day, awake, eating, sleeping? I think my dd is ready to move to 2 naps instead of 3 (and hopefully 2 longer naps) but I'm not sure how to make the move. She eats every 4 hours. [ Reply | More

This isn't ideal due to the late bedtime but I have a toddler to deal with too. Wake 6.30 and bf, 8.30 breakfast, 9.30 nap, 11 bf, 1pm lunch, 2pm nap, 3-4ish bf, 5.30 dinner, 8pm bed. [ Reply | More
